Your membership includes an annual safety inspection, and once a year is a good rule of thumb for most homes. If you have a larger household that uses the plumbing heavily, or an older system, ask us about scheduling a second visit.

How long does the inspection take?

It depends on the size of your home and what we find. A typical Protection Plan inspection can usually be completed within a few hours.

Do I get a report after the inspection?

Yes. We'll gladly provide documentation of our evaluation of your home's plumbing system, and our licensed, bonded, and insured plumber will answer any questions you have about what we found.

Can I be present during the inspection?

Absolutely! We appreciate input from homeowners, and being there lets our technicians give advice specific to your home's plumbing system.

Can the inspection results help with my homeowner's insurance?

Some insurers take the condition of your plumbing into account, so documentation from your inspection may be useful. Check with your insurance company to see what applies in your situation.
