I recently had problems with my hot water heater and called 1st Class Plumbing.  I was impressed with their friendliness and prompt service.  When the plumber arrived, he took the time to figure out the problem and then additional time to explain everything in detail to me, including my different options.  I felt their service was dependable and honest.  I would definitely use 1st Class Plumbing again.
